We are currently having open position for Java Lead who is expert in Java programming and spring boot and Rest Webservices.

Technical Required Knowledge & Skills:

•  Expert in Java programming and spring boot and Rest Webservices.
•  Thorough understanding of Software Architecture, Design methodologies, software management.
•  Experience in designing, developing and deployment of Microservices.
•  Have experience building RESTful APIs and have good knowledge of RESTful design patterns.
•  Should be able to communicate and work well within a geographically distributed team
•  Familiarity with software engineering processes, frameworks, estimation techniques.

Behavioral Knowledge & Skills:

•         Interpersonal skills, maturity, team working, good judgement
•          Ability to resolve technical issues
•         Ability to estimate, plan and organize work for the team
•         Make Technical Presentations

•         Good communication skills.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

•  Develop requirement specifications, HLD and participates in LLD, coding, unit and       integration testing, and technical documentation.
•  Interfaces with the customer for requirements specifications and technical issues
•  Technical planning and Designing, development and testing of microservice
•  Interaction with different microservice
•   Lead technical reviews for project deliverables and own the deliverables quality
•  Mentoring and leading the engineers
• Interviewing potential employees
