We are looking for L2L3 Support Engineer for Gurugram and Bangalore location having proficiency in L2/L3 support especially on call support.

Working days: Friday to Tuesday

*Shift 1   : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

*Shift 2   : 12:00 am (mid night) to 9:00 am

*Shift 1 and Shift 2 are on rotation basis (after every 15 days).

1. Mandatory
   • Proficiency in Linux.
   • Good Communication Skills.
   • Prior Exp in L2/L3 Support especially onCall support.
   • Good exp in Shell/Bash scripting, with minimal support from peer team members.
   • Exp working in Change Management Environment.
   • Good Exp writing in Database Queries (SQL & MySQL)
     • Ability to write SQL queries (All type of join commands)
     • Concepts like High Availability & Redundancy
   • Ability to debug issues using system logs and Wireshark traces.
   • Familiarity with below listed tools.
     • Putty/Mobaxterm
     • Wireshark
     • VMware Horizon Client

2. Desired Skills
   • Automation
     • Prior Exp in Python/Selenium is an added advantage.
     • Exp working in IPV6 is an added advantage.
   • Storage Devices & Virtualization
     • NetApp
     • Vcenter
     • ESXI

• Hands on Experience in Networking
  • Familiarity with OSI layer.
  • DHCP, DNS, NAT, IP & ARP
  • Basic Routing & Switching Concepts (VLAN, Access & Trunk Ports).
