- Participate in Requirements specifications, Design & CUT
- Participation in System Integration Testing, test plan development, test script development
- Participate in Design, Code and Test Plan peer reviews
- Interfaces with the customer for requirements specifications and technical issues
- Comply with Quality processes and meeting the quality targets set for the project (such as, defect density, code coverage, etc.)
- Technical Documentation as per standards

· Experience on Chassis Management
· Experience on NMS Agent (SNMP Agent and MIBs)
· Experience on redundancy management for a high availability system

· Excellent Programming skills in C/ C++
· Excellent Knowledge of RTOS concepts, IPC mechanism, common data structures and algorithms
· Knowledge of TCP/IP
· Good debugging skills and comfortable with usage of tools for memory leaks detection, code coverage, code profiling, build & package, etc.
· Programming skills in UNIX/Linux development environment.
· Ability to map requirements to High level design, low level design, code, test plans
· Ability to work in team
· Ability to resolve technical issues
