After over eight years of working in various IT, KPO and Technology subsidiary for an International Bank, I joined Hughes Systique with a clear idea to gain experience in this high-end technology driven, R & D centric telecom software organization. The motivation was to be a part of this global technology team right from the early year of inception.
I enjoy being part of this fast-growth company. What I found unusual is the strong culture built on a robust employment value proposition. Just out of college, waiting for my 'novel' experience of a job, with many hopes and aspirations, I stepped into the Hughes Systique family. Today, as I get busy with my daily schedule in HSC, I look back to my year long journey through the company that shall forever serve as my gateway into professional life. I can ascertain that HSC stands out in its employees' hearts for the values and culture it follows and maintains.
It’s been a privilege to be part of family where age and experience is no bar and everyone is affable and available for you. Be it your manager, or your project leads, everyone is ready to assist and guide you. Work culture is not defined only by the cubicle ambience and your working hours but is an amalgamation of working with passion, peer interaction, your seniors’ appreciation, your freedom of expression at work, the value given to your ideas, and many other conveniences that make your professional life a lot easier. It’s these qualities put together that for me, make HSC stand above the rest.
Im glad that all festivities are celebrated at HSC with full vigour and zest involving the employees in the process as well. This provides an opportunity for us not only to socialize but put forth our non-professional skills as well.

 I had the opportunity to undertake my six months training in this company and during this time I had to pass through many ups and downs. There came a moment where I almost gave up but the people at HSC always had faith in me, they kept me motivated and helped me believe in myself. They bestowed in me so much of strength and motivation that I crossed all hurdles and at the end they made my wish come true, I am now an employee of HSC.
