	If you have the desire to learn and will to excel, HSC is the place for you. I joined HSC after a five year stint with a big product based company. To start with,I was hesitant about working for a project based company but the last year has been simply fabulous. Not only all my doubts have been quashed but the plethora of opportunities which came my way have made me a better professional. I have been through all the software framework activities starting from customer interaction till acceptance in this short span of time. The management and the other team members have been highly supportive and motivating in this journey. The confidence which they have shown in my abilities has given me the courage to handle even the routine life issues with a lot more ease. Therefore, I think that joining Hughes as a fresher via campus placement has been one of the best decisions of my life. That is because I feel that if one works with very large companies, one becomes a tiny portion in its horizon and gets less noticed.
