Abstract:
A leading IMS OEM approached HSC to conceptualize a mechanism which would increase "customer footfall" and result in more subscribers using their IMS networks across operators.
HSC consultants brainstormed several ideas and finally implemented a unique social networking connector that allows IMS and non IMS subscribers to effectively communicate with each other from multiple social networks thereby greatly enhancing the connected base for friends.
