A leading OEM approached HSC to help them design a next generation "Spam detector" for VoIP systems. With the increasing popularity of VoIP, spam in voice telephone is a major issue and simple white or black lists do not suffice. HSC designed and intelligent feedback based system that could tap into the power of the social network community and assign ratings to known and unknown calls dynamically, taking feedback from community ratings.
