Architecture of an IMS network for deployment over terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks, taking into account the existing product readiness realities from OEM vendors. This SI consulting was for a leading North American Operator and impacted entire IMS backbone spanning terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks.

Rollout of an integrated provisioning and inventory management system for a greenfield Operator in Middle East. Entailed the design and coding of interfaces to integrate and (partially) replace existing third party OSS components. It also involved continued support of the existing legacy systems through Customization of Nokia Inventory Mediator and redesign of Mediator Schema.

Technology: Involved extensive integration of existing 2.5/3G infrastructure with Cramer, Nokia NetAct and Nokia Inventory Mediator. Also involved integration of existing OSS and BSS COTS products(HPSD) with Nokia infrastructure.

A complete end-to-end managed VAS Services roll out on a turn-key basis. Involved full System integration(of messaging, WAP platforms and services) and testing of multi vendor environment preparatory to launch of mobile video streaming services and, subsequent management of services rollout. Also entailed Legacy system support and consolidation.

Implemented an end-to-end BOSS system for a broadband service provider in North America. The need was for an open and flexible architecture in order to integrate with external systems and remain agnostic to underlying transport network.

Technology: Involved the development of Complete Subscriber Management (Ordering, Provisioning, User authentication, Self care, Customer care, collections management) and Integration with Billing COTs and other complex external systems.
